Standard check-in begins at 15:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested and is granted when room availability allows. Luggage can be stored at reception outside these times.
Yes. Entry to the gaming floor is restricted to persons aged eighteen and over. Valid photo identification is required. Staff perform checks at the entrance and may request identification at any time.
Yes, subject to capacity. Day visitors are welcome in the public dining venues and may purchase day passes for the wellness wing when space is available. The gaming floor is open to the public under the same age and identification rules.
Yes. An adjacent multi-storey facility has covered access to the hotel lobby. Spaces are limited during peak evening hours. Bicycle racks are located near the side entrance.
Approximately an eight-minute walk. Tram stops are within two hundred metres of the main entrance. Taxi ranks operate outside during busy periods.
Assistance animals are welcome. Other pets are not accommodated in guest rooms or public areas. Please contact reception in advance if you travel with an assistance animal so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Yes. Registered overnight guests receive free access throughout the building. Bandwidth is shared and is sufficient for browsing, email and standard video calls. A small business centre with printing is available on the second floor.
