The website is provided for information and reservation requests. Content may change without notice. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, automated scraping that overloads the server, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to systems.
A reservation request is not a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from the reservations team. Confirmation emails state the room type, dates, cancellation window and any special conditions. Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmation is issued.
Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Guests must be at least eighteen years of age to occupy a room without an accompanying adult. Payment arrangements are completed according to the method stated in the confirmation.
Guests are expected to respect other visitors, staff and property. Disruptive behaviour, damage to rooms or public areas, or refusal to follow reasonable staff instructions may result in termination of the stay without refund of the remaining nights.
Access is restricted to persons aged eighteen and over with valid identification. House rules posted on the floor apply. The operator reserves the right to refuse entry or to ask any person to leave for reasons of safety, order or regulatory compliance.
To the extent permitted by Finnish law the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from stays at the property, except where such liability cannot be excluded. Personal belongings left in rooms or public areas are the guest’s responsibility; a limited lost-property service is available at reception.
Cancellation terms are stated in each confirmation email. Free cancellation windows vary by date and room category. No-shows may be charged according to the policy attached to the booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Finnish courts unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
