Information and tools to help keep gaming within personal limits.
Fennia Palace operates under Finnish regulatory requirements. Gaming is restricted to persons aged eighteen and over. Identification is checked at entry to the gaming floor. Staff are trained to recognise signs of problem play and to offer information about available support.
At the host desk you can request:
These tools are free of charge and available to any guest on the gaming floor.
Guests who wish to exclude themselves from the gaming floor for a defined period can arrange this at the host desk or by written request to the property. Once an exclusion is in place, entry to the gaming areas will be refused for the stated duration. Overnight room stays remain possible unless the guest also requests a full property exclusion.
If you or someone you know needs help with gambling-related concerns, the following national resources are available in Finland:
Peluri helpline and chat services – information and support for problem gambling.
National crisis and counselling numbers are listed on public health websites and can also be obtained from reception staff.
International visitors may contact support services in their home country; staff can help locate appropriate numbers.
Spending more time or money than planned, chasing losses, borrowing to fund play, neglecting other responsibilities, or feeling anxiety related to gaming are common indicators. Early conversation with a host or with a support service can help.
Persons under eighteen are not permitted on the gaming floor. Identification is required. Guests are asked not to leave minors unsupervised in public areas of the building.
Printed materials are available at the gaming-floor entrances and at the host desk. Questions about responsible-gambling procedures can be directed to booking@fenniapalace.online or to reception.
